Operations and Transaction Management

As our Operations Manager, Laura serves as a sort of Jill-of-all-trades for our team. She works closely with our agents to ensure a seamless transaction experience for our clients, while also playing a key role in business development, process improvement, and our marketing efforts!

Laura has a bachelor’s degree in textile and apparel merchandising and marketing from the University of Missouri and is a licensed real estate agent.

Laura and her husband Ben settled into Knoxville 6 years ago and are thrilled to be raising their two children and two dogs in this beautiful city!
